Taking the "Clip" out of Clipart
Using a combination of Vector and Bitmap graphics applications such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Macromedia Freehand and Fireworks; or Corel Draw and Photopaint, you can easily customize clipart images to suit the needs of your Web design projects.

Displaying Data in Nested Tables
Probably the number one trick-of-the-trade used in Web design to combat browser differences and assure that your page layout remains the same in Internet Explorer, Netscape and AOL, is the use of tables. However, there are still a few browser differences that can have Web designers banging they're heads on they're keyboards when they try to use borders and border colors. One simple solution to this problem is to use nested tables.

Halos are for Angels
Using Photoshop's 'Save For Web' feature and the correct matte color will not only help you create the best quality transparent GIF images for your Web page, it will also keep you from falling victim to the dreaded 'Halo Effect'.
